Looking for something that is quick and easy to spice up your weekly meals?
Then look no further cause today I have this simple recipe that will be ready in 30 minutes or less.
Here are all the ingredients you need as well as some fish sauce and garlic (which I forgot to add to the photo).
You could use any cut of pork you like but I just prefer Pork belly. I used pre-seasoned meat which was seasoned with salt parsley and chilli flakes.
Place a rack on a tray and wrap it in foil, poke holes in-between the gaps to allow the fat to dip off the pork.
Cook for 10-15 minutes under the grill, flip over and cook for a further 10 minutes until the fat has become crispy and the pork looks juicy and delicious. Cut up into bite size pieces and set to one side.
For the veggies, don’t stress and just get them pre-cut I personally like the Tesco beansprouts and vegetable stir-fry mix.
In a pan add some oil and minced garlic, add the veggies and cook for 5 minutes. Once they start to soften, add a few dashes of fish sauce and dumpling sauce. Dumpling sauce consists of soy sauce and sesame oil, so if you don’t have dumpling sauce you could just use them.
For the sauce mix 1 tsp of honey, 3 tsp of dumpling sauce, 2 tsp of Korean BBQ sauce and one tp of gochujang. Gochujang is a sweet, and spicy paste made from chilli powder, rice, meju powder, yeotgireum, and salt. if you can’t find gochujang click here.
Now its time to plate up if the veggies are not enough for you, you could have this with rice or noodles as well.
