BOOTEA Fruity Teatox Review

So my Instagram and Facebook has been overtaken by an add for a limited time only two new bootea flavours. There was a code on Facebook for 10% off (TRYBOOTEA17 if it still works) so I said why not give them a try.

The two new flavours are Sunshine Berry  and Mojito both come with a night time tea of manuka honey and almond which you drink every other night.

Sunshine Berry

This tea is hibiscus based with apple pieces, rosehip, fennel, lemongrass, ginseng and other natural flavourings. When it comes to the smell this is not my favourite but the taste is the best. Its so good you could turn it into an ice tea its smooth and light, it has no bitter after taste it has a natural sweetness you don’t need to and any honey to it. If your new to the whole tea-detox world this is a great one to start with.

Mojito

Mojito is a spearmint base tea with green tea, dandelion, lemongrass, lemon peel ,nettle, ginseng and other natural ingredients. The smell is hypnotic as I am a huge fan of mint based teas. Its flavourful but if over infused it can have a bitter after taste. I know not a lot of people like mint or dandelion so a safer option would be the sunshine berry.

Manuka Honey & Almond Bedtime Tea

The original bedtime tea is horrid  I mean acquired taste, I find it really bitter and earthy and not my kind of cuppa. But this one has such good taste its naturally sweet and the smell of almond is amazing this has to become the main tea as I think its far better than the original.

If you are used to the original teatox these fruity additions are a nice change to the norm and I hope the people at BOOTEA keep them around or have other fruity additions to come.
