A few weeks back I was scrolling on Instagram and I notice a new trend had started, everyone from a celebrity to an insta thot was drinking celery juice. So what did I do… I went and got some celery.
I wanted to try out this trend to see if I felt any different so I told myself to do this for one week and this is how it went.

I don’t have a fancy juicer, I just used my blender I didn’t mind a few bits in my juice but if your really against it I guess you could just a strainer. First taste didn’t really taste like anything bit salty but I guess that’s from the natural minerals in the veg it self. After a few days I did start to fell less bloated and by the end of the week my skin was glowing!!

So after the week I really wanted to learn about the benefits and what I found was celery juice is packed with vitamin K, this can help with bone and heart health it also can help with bloating, acne,
acid reflux, IBS, constipation, eczema, and inflammation issues as its an anti-inflammatory.
Celery is a high water content food so its also contains folate, vitamin A, potassium, and vitamin C.

After I had done one week and learned all theses benefits I’m glad to say I’m still drinking celery juice and I’m not sure when I’m going to stop. I’m at the 3 week mark and I can say the skin still looks amazing , still feel less bloated even during that time of the month, I have lost weight!
